Queen Máxima opened the Social Lab label in Den Bosch on Tuesday morning. In this design lab in a former feed mill, people with an occupational disability put together products from top Dutch designers.

Boomkwekerij M. van den Oever BV applied various hospitality green solutions to increase the attractiveness and biodiversity of the area. You can also see a Chinese lantern tree or the Koelreuteria paniculata.

Stichting social label was founded in 2014 by designers Petra Janssen and Simone Kramer. Twelve workplaces and designers are currently affiliated, including Piet Hein Eek, Kiki van Eijk, Dick van Hoff, Edwin Vollebergh, Borre Akkersdijk and Roderick Vos. |
