Prunus avium ‘Uden Spanish’ is an old Dutch variety cherry tree that blooms with white flowers in early May. after flowering develop the nice sweet, yellow red cherries with a very good taste that can be picked from mid-July which are used for direct consumption.The cherry tree can be pruned at two times of the year, after flowering and after harvest, after harvest is best then it is still a little warmer and drier and the tree can recover well from the pruning wounds. Always treat them well after pruning.
