Crataegus monogyna ‘Stricta’ is a cultivar of the single-trunk hawthorn that grows compactly upright in the first few years, later widening through sagging branches. Beautiful white single-flowered corymbs in May-June. Red berries develop from the flowers in autumn. The birds love these berries.
