Pterostyrax hispida | Epaulette tree

Originating from mountain slopes in Japan and China. The bell-shaped white flowers appear in June/July and are gathered in large panicles, they have a strong and pleasant fragrance. In summer still sometimes suffer from branch breakage in high winds.
