Quercus cerris | Mose oak

The Mose Oak is a fast-growing oak with a bark that is very dark to black. Leaves vary in shape and size, variably deeply lobed to sharply toothed (6-12 cm), leathery. The moss oak is easily distinguished from other oaks by a their hairy nap.
