Salix alba ‘Chermesina’ has a pyramidal crown shape and is often grown as a pollarded form. If you do not pollard the willow it will become an upright tree about 12-15 tall. Of particular note are the yellow to orange-red twigs, which are very ornamental, especially in winter.
