You are warmly welcome to the Brabantse Akkerloop—a flower-filled walk through the tree nurseries in Haaren.
The M. van den Oever Tree Nursery, in collaboration with neighboring growers and businesses, is organizing a leisurely walk through the nursery. During the walk, you’ll learn more about what’s being grown, how it’s done, and why. In addition to learning about the trees and shrubs, you can also admire the machinery and walk right through a mix of flowers.
The restaurant “De Schaapjes” is also located on the route, where you can stop by for a bite to eat or a drink on the patio with a playground.
Dogs are allowed, provided they are kept on a leash and any mess is cleaned up.
The hike is open to the public. The route, which is about 7 km long, is fully marked between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Because the route consists mainly of sandy trails, it is unfortunately difficult to navigate by bicycle, wheelchair, and/or stroller.
You can start and park at 3 locations;
